Michaela Wortley
Oceania Coaching, Teaming and Mediation Leader, EY
Michaela is a senior Teaming and Leadership Development expert, Executive Coach and Consultant with 18+ years’ experience in Career Transition Management & Coaching, HR, Change Management, Talent Management, Strategy and Recruitment. She has a passion to create a values-based, human-centered, inclusive leadership culture.
Originally from Germany, Michaela came to Australia on a 1-year secondment over 20 years ago and has since worked across a number of Service Lines and Departments in EY.
Over the past 8 years, Michaela has set up and led EY Oceania’s Internal Coaching and Teaming Function. She is also an accredited Mediator and Coach Supervisor.

Rebecca Nakhle
