Leading through AI disruption: Building individual and team resilience.

AI is reshaping the future of work at a pace many leaders find both exciting and unsettling. While the opportunities are vast, the risks of stalled or failed transformation projects remain high. How can leaders inspire confidence, sustain team performance, and navigate the uncertainty that change inevitably brings?

This session explores practical strategies for building resilience in chaotic times, how leaders and teams can build coaching capability, the courage to pursue new technology projects and explore ways to bounce back from failure on the journey to project success.

Join our relaxed and open discussion with two exceptional leaders:

Charity Becker, Head of Coaching and Leader Development, Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL).

Manish Arneja, Managing Partner, The Resilience Institute, Singapore.

Whether you’re a coach, leader, or curious about you can build a resilient coaching culture within your organisation, join us for this rare and open discussion with two exceptional minds in the leadership space.
